This page explains what happens to personal details you share with us through this website or by phone, and the choices you have about them.
Details you send through the form
When you request an estimate we receive your name, phone number, the property address and the option you picked from the list. Nothing is collected until you press the button.
Phone calls to our number
Calls to the number on this site pass through a call-tracking service, which records the calling number, the date and the length of the call. Some calls may be recorded; when that happens a message at the start will tell you.
What we do with your details
We use them to answer you: to call back, arrange the visit, prepare your written estimate and keep a record of the work. We do not send marketing lists anywhere and we never sell personal information.
Who else may see them
The remediation crew assigned to your job, and the service providers that run our website hosting, form delivery and phone line. They may use your details only to provide those services to us.
How long we keep them
Estimate requests that do not turn into a job are deleted within two years. Job records, including photos and moisture logs, are kept for as long as they may be needed for warranty or insurance questions.
Website logs
Like most websites, the server notes basic technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. The services that run the site, its forms and its phone line may also use cookies or logs so they work properly.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where we are not required to keep it. Call (239) 441-3886 to make a request. If this policy changes, the new date will appear at the top of this page.
